More kids' clothes

I had this knit baby fabric that I didn't know what to do with. I made Owen some pajamas with it. It has pink and red in it, but I'm pretty sure it is supposed to be gender neutral, so I went with it and added the navy blue to make it more boyish.

I didn't use a pattern, and I think it turned out pretty well. It was also my first time trying a lap neck, and I kind of enjoyed trying to figure out how to do it.

And I made this pair of shorts from the same pattern as the seersucker suit.

And I made this hat with the leftover seersucker suit fabric. We have a lot of seersucker around here right now. The hat is kind of weird. I used a pattern that was part of the little boy shirt pattern for Janet's wedding. The hat basically covers all of Owen's face.

That is a cute use of that knit fabric!

When do you find time to do all these sewing projects?

I pretty much ditto everything Joanna said.
