Pajamas and a hooded scarf

I have been trying to work through a huge pile of projects to get them cleared out of my sewing room. I made some Halloween crafts to use some of them up. I made these two things out of my fabric stash.

Meghan needed some jammies and since I am not buying them any more I made them. I used a pattern I got from Mom or the top, and a regular trace some pants for the bottom. The pattern size was cut out on newborn, but clearly they fit a 12-18 month size girl. And, I must have messed up the pants because they are about an inch too short on the top and the silhouettes are upside down. I like the idea and will probably use it to make some more with a few alterations.
This next is a staple for Minnesotans no matter how old person is. It gets really cold and windy here, so you gotta do what you gotta do. My coat doesn't have a hood on it, which is not cool. Since I got my hair cut short, I don't really look forward to having cold air blowing all over my neck and down my coat.

I followed a tutorial on pinterest (check my craft board). It was pretty easy, but I struggled trying to attach the hood to the scarf. If I were to make another one, I would do the outer and the lining completely seperate and then attach them and turn them inside out.

Now since Halloween is over, and with the primary program being next Sunday, I am hoping that I will have some more time to devote to sewing. I am hoping to sew Russell and Meghan some presents for Christmas.

That pajama style looks easy and still can be fit over the head.

Yes, even when I sewed up most of the crossover fabric.

I'm glad you added in something about age on the scarf. It looks less old in the picture.

I think I want to make some of those jammies for Brooke, since I'm not buying any more either.
