Now that it is getting cold outside, I figured Russell's Thomas pajamas wouldn't quite work anymore. I bought this fabric a while ago. Russell was with me and wouldn't let me leave the store with out it.
I knew the pants would be easy. I was worried about how to do the top, but it turned out just fine for a pajama top. I just used one of his jackets that fits well. After I cut the fabric, I realized that there was no way his head would fit through the little hole, so I cut right up the middle. I added a little extra fabric for reinforcements then put the snaps on.
Next up is some pjs for Meghan. I have a costume pattern that looks like it could easily be modified to pajamas.

Good Job. Was it fleece? I have some red flannel from Mom that I want to make into pjs for Christmas, and I'm trying to figure out how to to it with non stretchy fabric. She doesn't want a nightgown :(
I don't want her to have a night gown. Yes, it was fleece, so it stretched a little bit, but I got the stretch the wrong direction on the pants. Oops!
