I opted to make the t-shirt dress as well. Thankfully, I received a coupon from JcPenny for $10 off a purchase of $10 or more, so the shirts cost me $.13 and the fabric was on sale at JoAnn Fabrics. I also decided to keep the shirt so the waist is lower.
