I know this will come as a complete shock to everyone, but I finally actually made something to post on "Sew Scoresby"! The past few months I have felt like a complete sewing slacker, so in March I vowed that I would make the April Challenge. Then I saw that it was something with a zipper and thought, "uh-oh!" But it was actually easy because I actually followed the directions and I actually used my zipper foot. I even used a zipper that was too long and cut it off. I had the funky fabric and thought it would be a cute little bag for Hannah. Now the next trick will be to get her sewing on her own. Oh, and if you're wondering why my post says "Alice" it's because when I set up my Dewey Violets blog, I used my alter ego, Alice, and now whenever I use my google account it says Alice.
