Aunt Emily's camera bag

So, for my project this month I decided to sew a camera bag for Matt to use with his new camera.

I wanted to it to look manly, and give the camera some protection.  Since we don't have a large selection of manly fabric, he got basic black with a green plaid lining.

To give the camera some protection, I added batting between the outside and the lining.    The camera and all the accessories fit perfectly into the bag!

Best of all, it only took me about 20 minutes!  And, I just eyeballed it when I cut the fabric.  I did break a needle on the machine, but I had a spare, so no worries!

Thanks for the great project Margaret!

Good idea! I never consider a project a success unless I break at least one needle :)
