Remember how excited I was when we bought our couches? I was not in love with the pillows and was going to redo them from the day we bought them, but just never had the time or proper motivation to start the project. I saw lots of different styles that I really liked, but just never could get myself up for the project until now!!!
And, now I love our pillows!!!
I had 4 squares and one rectangle, so I decided to make the squares the same and the rectangle different. It was pretty easy, too! I just measured my pillows, cut fabric to fit (yes, I had to piece some fabric together, but all I needed was a square), and then sewed on the back. On the square pillows there is a little ruffle of the turquoise fabric in the middle, and then he rectangle pillow has two pleats of the same turquoise.
And, here are all my pillows. We both love them, and now I'm happy to have something a little more exciting than the pillows that came free with our couches!

Great pillows. I like the contrasting fabrics. I'm not too good at thinking outside the "matching" box.
