Fabric Baskets

This has been on my to do list for a long time, and I finally started last month.

I've made four of these things. One to hold the toys that get to stay downstairs in the living room, and three for the linen closet. I have enough interfacing to make two more at least out of different fabric. I'd like to make a bunch to hold my sewing stuff and some for our bedroom closet, but I'm getting tired of making them.

They aren't blurry in real life

They are nice and big, about 10''x10'' and 12'' high. And they are nice for closet stuff because they hold a lot of without the stuff toppling over. I used medium weight interfacing, but I should have used heavy duty. They barely stand up by themselves without anything in them.

I a variety with cardboard inside. We used them for quite a while but have since moved on to other storage options.

I keep thinking I should crochet some baskets. Yours look pretty good, though. Does it bother you that they are so flimsy?
